Registration Policies...
- Parents must submit their Registration Form online through the HeartPrints website.
- HeartPrints Administration will email parents within two weeks to confirm their registration request or to inform them that their child has been placed on a waitlist.
- The registration fee will be charged after parents have completed the required Pre-Registration Checklist. If the checklist is not completed in a timely manner, the child will not be registered in the program.
- Registration fees are withdrawn using e-check. Families will be notified via email before payments are processed.
- Registration fees are non-refundable and are not eligible for discounts.
- Children must be within the age range listed for each class in accordance with state licensing requirements.
- June 1st is the final date to withdraw for the 1st Trimester.
- If your child is not fully immunized according to the CDC schedule, please review the complete Immunization Policy in the Parent Handbook. Parents are required to notify HeartPrints prior to enrollment if their child is not fully immunized.
- HeartPrints historically receives an overwhelming number of registration requests each school year. Determining which children are enrolled and which are placed on a waitlist is a multi-factor process. Considerations include, but are not limited to: previous enrollment, age, gender balance, sibling enrollment, staff input, parent conduct, and the timestamp of registration.
Tuition Policies...
- Annual Tuition is divided into 3 Trimester Payments paid via e-check through the online BrightWheel Portal. Your account will automatically be billed following the schedule listed above.
- Parents who would like to pay with a credit card will accrue the associated fees.
- Requests to pay tuition monthly will include a 10% monthly fee and must be submitted in writing no later than June 1. After June 1, your payment method is locked in, and you will not be able to switch between trimester and monthly payment plans.
- You may access Dependent Care receipts through the online BrightWheel Parent Portal.
- Bank fees accrued due to bounced e-checks or rejected credit cards will be charged to the parent.
Discount & Refund Policies...
- A 5% tuition discount will be applied to the youngest sibling in toddler class, preschool or Kindergarten only when two or more siblings are enrolled in HeartPrints programs. Discounts do not apply to Come Play with Me or STEAM Club.
- Registration fees are non-refundable
- Withdraw requests must be received according to the schedule listed above
- No refunds will be given once the trimester is paid
- June 1st is the last day to withdraw for the Fall Trimester. No refund will be given if you withdraw after June 1.
Vacation Policy...
- Families are expected to pay full tuition regardless of family travel plans.
- If you are traveling for an extended period, you may choose to withdraw your child and re-enroll them upon your return. Re-enrollment is based on available space. A second registration fee would not be collected.
